We focus on a total body, warm up, stretch, and work out. While enforcing proper form in every aspect. Making the effort will help you along the way and our team is more than ready and willing to assist all body types and workout personalities through unity and accountability. No bootcamper will EVER be left behind.

Bootcamp is held every Saturday @ 10:00 pm @ Eisenhower Park located at 1899 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow, NY 11554 on Field 2, the cost is $10.00 per session.
